RETURNS

To Return an item in your order, simply fill out a "Return a product" form and submit it. If your return is eligible, you will receive a return label within 2 days of return request. Once you receive the return label, you must ship your package back within 1-5 business days. You must request the return label within 14 days of the last package arrival date. If your package exceeds our 14 days limit policy, the return request will be rejected.

Please follow the steps below to submit your return request form for your purchase.

If you purchased your order through your Ch3 account:

  1. Log into your account and click "My Orders".

  2. Please click on the "Return a product".

  3. Enter your order number, email address, last name and the reason for the return.

  4. Click "SUBMIT"

Guest Orders:

  1. If you'd like to make a return but did not have an account when the order was placed, please click on the "Return a product" on the bottom of the front page.

  2. Enter your order number, email address, last name and the reason for the return.

  3. Click "SUBMIT"

Once you complete the return request, you will receive the return confirmation email.  Your return label will be delivered via the email address you have used when placing an order.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email.

Returns are processed within 1-5 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for your refund to be re-adjusted back to your account.

Please drop off your package at your nearest USPS or UPS location and ship out within 1-5 business days. If you choose to arrange a pick up by USPS or UPS, these fees will not be covered by Ch3 Clothing.

RETURNS POLICY

Chapter 3 Clothing accepts items in new condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with original tags attached for a refund. We reserve the right to reject a return if there are minor stains or makeup on any item when we receive it. You have 10 days from when you receive your order to send back your return. Once a refund is requested, we will provide a prepaid return label. A return shipping fee of $8.00 (for all U.S. orders) will be deducted from your refund, unless the requested return is due to a faulty or defective item. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

 

Any items marked as final sale items are non-refundable and may not be returned. We do not accept shoe returns if there is significant damage to the shoe box. If the item you order arrives in a garment or dust bag, it must be returned inside of the bag to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our Terms & Conditions. Returns received that do not satisfy our return policy are subject to return shipping charges.

Once your order ships, we are unable to accept any changes to the order or cancellations. If we are unable to process a cancellation or modification, please return any eligible items for a refund in accordance with our return policy.
